Alliance Running Racing Team
Alliance Running was formed in 2003 by current Tippecanoe High School Cross Country coach Byron Kimmel. It began as a running promotion site fueled by the Area Power Rankings. The rankings created an exciting competive atmosphere and site's popularity increased. Eventually a racing team was formed and the team began sporting the Alliance singlets at various races. In 2004, AR purchased a timer and clock and began timing a few local 5K races. The following year AR timed its first HS Cross Country meet. Things have taken off since then.
