*The pass list must be completed and faxed to me before the meet or handed in the day of the event.  This list should include your varsity team, a couple alternate runners, assistant coaches, and/or trainers.  Pass List Form

Division I Seeding

Seeding Process- all teams in the Dayton Division I races will be seeded.  Each race will be balanced as to the number of participants.  Coaches will be sent voting instructions and all votes must be received by the meet manager on Friday, Noon, October 3, 2008.   Click here for directions.

All teams in the Dayton Division I races will be seeded. Boys will have fourteen (14) schools in each race and the girls will have fourteen (14) schools in one race and thirteen (13) schools in the other race. Coaches will be sent voting materials and directions and all votes must be received by the meet manager on Friday, Noon, October 3, 2008. The Tournament Placement Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 5, 2008, 2:00 p.m. The manager will distribute information on how coaches voted on seeds, and the schools will place themselves in the race of their choice based on seed. Each race will qualify four (4) teams and the first sixteen (16) runners will qualify for the Regional Race in Troy.

*The order of races at the Miami Valley Career Technology Center will be Divisions I, II, III in 2008 with a subsequent rotation every year with it being Divisions III, II, I in 2009.

There will be a district at both West Chester and Dayton. 

BOYS: The top four team finishers and sixteen individual in each race will advance to the regionals.
